Se Vale Descansar is a gentle, culturally-rooted workshop that explores how survival patterns settle into the nervous system and how we can begin to release them with care. Through guided body awareness, reflection, and simple regulation tools, participants will learn to recognize where stress lives and practice small, sustainable ways to soften it.
